iMac is not switching on, no led's lit

My iMac is not turing on after a usb device blew. I checked the led's on the logic board but they are not turning on either. The voltages on the power supply pins are either 12V or 0V, should there be 5 volt also? Or is my logic board completely fried? I would expect usb to be protected somehow.
