How do I fix a reboot loop?

I have an LG G4 and it constantly reboots, won't get past the LG start up screen. I've done factory reset and still won't work. How do I fix it without sending it in to LG?

I'm afraid you will have to send it to LG. I've rarely ever seen this issue fixed by a user when it's stuck like this.
