Optimizing apps at start up
My tablet at every start up says "optimizing apps 1 of 1". Takes about 5-10 minutes for it to actually start up. How can I stop this and have it start normally?

Have the same problem after a factory reset, contacted samsung and the said they were sorry I had the problem, but didn't give me a solution to fix it. Guess to solution is to buy Apple.
