Hi there!
You will want to replace the whole assembly. Most tablets like these (minus iPads), the glass is glued to the LCD and it makes it extremely difficult to replace only the glass.
Here is the guide that will show you how to get that done.
The screen is not a part that is available through iFixit, but there is an eBay listing that will be what you need.

Still difficult (read almost impossible) to remove screen relying on this pictures. Been at it for days.
