Touch wont work after dropped in watter

hello everybody! i have iphone 6.. before 3-4 days it dropped in water (the top of the iphone ) i put it oute quickly i make it dry and after one day iphone open .. but touch wont work.. also i see down on screen some grids you can see the photo i send u

now.. i already order new screen i will change it tomorrow cause i m still on holidays.. but i want ask.. the problem is with lcd & digitizer or its on board? maybe have some water hidden and i must clean better? or if i change the screen it will work fine? thanks!

thanks for your reply.. i will replace it tomorrow then i already buy one high quality lcd & digitizer A+++ i hope it will be good quality .. i will post the resaults ! thanks again

Use this teardown to start your water damage repair.

Then use the Water Damage Guide for how to clean up the phone. Be very careful. The guide really is important because you don't want further corrosion in your phone.

Once everything is taken care of, you will definitely need to replace your screen. Follow this guide for the screen replacement, then another for the home button, and lastly, one for your front camera assembly. The home button, camera, and LCD shield will need to be transferred since they do not come with the new screen. Definitely be careful with the home button as you will lose touch ID if you ever have to replace it.

i follow the steps and i replace the screen .. iPhone open normal but touch still wont work. Maybe have damage on board? should i send it to someone who know fix boards?

Do you have a grey bar on the top of the screen?
