Why the attached keyboard dont function?

My Viking Pro 10 has an external keyboard and it stopped to function. It was working fine and suddenly it stopped. There are no connectivity between tablet and keyboard. What is the problem? I bougth it on August, 1, 2016. What i must do to use the warrant?
