Open the back up and check the power board for any bulging capacitors or blown fuses. If there are any, replace them.

@rockabilly what model is your TV and what have you checked? Open the back and take a lok at the boards. Post some images of your boards so we can see what you see. Use this guide 기존 질문에 이미지 추가하기 for that
