all windows will not roll up or down
I need a page to print out on how to repair the problem of windows not rolling up or down on my 1997 Chevrolet Cavalier LS

I think you should buy one of these maybe even from a junk yard to save a bit of money and install it in your car.
Most likely, the window motors are not the problem since all of them should not be failing at once.
The fuses or relays may also be your problem. Locate them in your owners manual and you can change them for short money at the local auto parts store.

If you are talking about power windows, have you checked the fuse for the power windows? Refer to your car's owner's manual on where the fuse box is located and which fuse it is. My guess is if all the windows don't work, the fuse is the culprit.

Another possibility is most vehicles with power windows have a switch on the main panel that locks all the windows to keep kids from playing with them. +
