How do I fix my tablet?

I was listening to music last night. And then I went to shower when I turned the screen on it began glitching violently and had dead pixels on the screen, I read a lot of forums but I couldn't find a solution so I factory reset it. It didn't change anything, so I pryed out the back panel and disconnected the battery and pressed the power button but it didn't help. I then disconnected the other connectors and reconnected them and switched on the phone only to find the screen doesn't even turn on anymore, but I can still feel the vibration, and after a few minutes the off screen buttons started producing sound, how do I get the display to work, it's really stressing me out
