Tv is very blurry and display doesn't look right

I had no video on this tv so i then just bought all the boards. Im guessing one is bad, but not sure what one. I have posted a image that shows what the tv looks like now. I have a picture, but it us very blurry. Anyone have any guidance? I guess you could say it is pixalated

Does anyone have any advice? I was looking it up and to me it is looking like a T-CON board. Please help!

Jetlabb Electronics could be the GAMMA IC on the T-con board or could be a bad LVDS cable/dirty connector.
