Why won't my phone turn on?

I've had my Alcatel onetouch powered by android for about two months now. I managed to get into the wifi at my school and have used it for youtube, and it was working just fine until about 5 hours ago when I left it to charge. It wasn't showing it's usual digital clock display and my charger doesn't work too well, so I went and assumed it died. I try turning it on to see if I get the Tracfone logo on a blue screen, but all it says is the "Alcatel Onetouch powered by android" on a black screen. What do I do? I've tried taking out the battery, holding the power button for 30 seconds (then 60 seconds), and then I tried jut plugging it in to charge in hopes it helps (Spoiler: it doesn't). Anyone have any ideas?
