1 cant put password in and can't delete or backspace
When I try to put my password in it won't work. For instinct...when I press "r" it puts it in servers times. When I try to delete it or press backspace it won't do it. Can we reset it? How can I fix this problem?

When I took it to Best Buy it was ok. As soon as we left in got home. It was back to the bs. I don't know what's going on with it.
