Can I replace a broken D6616 motherboard with another D6603 mb?

My Xperia Z3 D6616 is presenting problems with the motherboard. It is possible to change with a D6603 mb? In my country is difficult found a D6616 motherboard. Only I found a couple of D6603. Is there any problem if I replace the broken D6616 mb with a good working D6603 motherboard?
