Recent Streaming Apps problems

Recently Ive had some problems with differensiert streaming apps for my galaxy tab a. Netflix works as normal, but i got 2 others (HBO nordic and Viaplay.) streaming apps only available in norway or scandinavia. When im playing hbo it starts blinking blue lights across my screen and when im playing Viaplay the screen freezes after about 4 minutes. Ive tried to restart the device, reinstall the apps, setting the device back to factory settings but nothing works. Send some tips this way if u can help!
