need A spare part for device (SLY-08XLT-07D)

Is there any information printed on the transformer itself that you could use to search for it online, like make and part number or model number? I'm fairly sure that Ifixit does not have the part required.

This is a basic part. You should be able to find one online if you google the information. I don't think this site carries parts.
