iPhone 6 Charges but does not turn on
Hello!
After completing a screen replacement the same way i've done >20 times before,
it appears that this particular iPhone refuses to turn on.
However, the screen is working because the battery with little red bars appears when you press the unlock button. It also detects whether or not it is connected to a charger, because when the charger is removed, the screen shows the 'charger disconnected' symbol.
It has less charge than what is required to turn on the iPhone.
It has been charging for well over an hour now, using 3 different cables
and power supplies.
Does anyone have any idea how to go about diagnose this and figure out what might be the fault?
Thanks you for your attention.

Has another battery that is charged been used to see if the phone will turn on?

@benjamen50 Unfortunately I don't have access to a known good battery at the moment. Perhaps that is the most expedient way to test whether it is battery or different hardware, though.

Oh I should ask, when you unplug the charger, does the low battery screen blink or not? If it does, it is a very low battery voltage meaning it needs to charge up a lot longer. A very dead battery is well known to take a very long time to charge at times.

@benjamen50 When i unplug the charger, the red bars within the little battery symbol blinks. How long is typical? Battery voltage was measured at 4.16V.
