sd card broke inside. Tried pushing it , only stuck more

Hi,
If it is no longer under warranty, you could try opening the camera using the Ifixit guide on how to replace the charging port to gain access to the SD Card reader and see if you can gently manoeuvre the broken card out.

forgot to mention, I'd like to know where I could send it that won't "at our option" send me a refurbished one since this one hasn't been used.and Thank You.
