My PS3 won't work.

I got an old school PS3.

It doesn't work. I think it's the cord that stems from the 3 to the TV???

There are places where it looks gold and than just black rubber.

If anyone has any ideas, I'm open to try anything with this PS3.

@goreadhunter_s when you say it does not work, what does it, or does it not do? The "cord" is the AV cable and is easily replaced. you can get that at places like this and many others.

oldturkey03 is describing a composite cable for TV input. Are you able to use HDMI instead? What are the results?
