I can't get it to open.
The DVD loader won't open.What should I do?

nzziino, Unplug to reset and try, if no go unplug device and take the outer cover off the unit and reseat the disc in the tray or see what is jamming it. A couple links to help trouble shoot your DVD player drawer, you could also search your model. Good luck.
