Home button visible identifiaction

I have a 5s that needed a battery. I replaced it and now I cannot identify which home button belongs to this phone! I have nearly 20 of them and I don't know which button it is!

Is there a visible identification that would tell me which one is paired to the phone?

If not does the button need to be installed to test?

What I mean is can I just plug in every one without installing it into the digitizer until I find the right one?
