The third generation of the Samsung Galaxy tablet with a 7-in. screen announced on June 24, 2013. Repair of this device requires screwdrivers and prying tools. My Tab 3 7.0 won't power up. Battery has been replaced.

I have replaced the battery (from iFixIt) but it still won't power up. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. There are many photos that I need to recover.
