I'm trying to figure out if my TV is dual voltage or not? The tag on the back says 110-120 Volts but every other Samsung TV I've seen has been dual voltage. I know sometimes that they say they aren't but actually are. TIA

@carter06 your Samsung UN40J5200 uses a BN44-00851A Power Supply and it is indeed a dual voltage PSU.
If ever in doubt, all you have to do is to check the power board for input voltages. It will always be listed. The 110-120volt label on the outside of the TV is posted there due to restrictions of the country it was purchased.

@oldturkey03, I have a Samsung UN65JU670DFXZA and recently moved to overseas where we have 220v instead of 110v. I was wondering if you can help me finding out if my TV is dual voltage as well.

@Tolga just checked and that board is listed as dual voltage. You should be okay using it on your new household current. Enjoy your overseas stay :-)
@oldturkey03 I just got a Samsung UN70TU690TFXZA while overseas. Do you know if it’s dual voltage?
@deutvhelp I only have an image of the power supply and the same applies to this TV. It list dual voltage so it should work. To be sure it is always best that you remove the back cover and take a look at the power board. If it list those dual voltages on yours, it will work.
Please what about Samsung QN55Q8C models? Will they support 220v too. Thinking of shipping to nigeria

Im also wondering if my US TV will work in brasil. Where voltage is 220. Is UN55MU6300 dual?
