TRS 3.5 mm jack weird contact issue

So the problem is complex it has 2 parts:

First:

When I plug it in, there is no sound BUT when I press it sideways (only the plastic not touching the cable) it gives me sound.

Second:

When it gives me sound the above mentioned way the vocals are messed up so I thought it might be a cable break BUT when I plug it in halfway it gives me perfect sound...except for it is mono (Left channel in both sides)

--my guess--

So I have no idea about the first one. Is it not a standard 3.5mm? Is there a 3.49 mm jack that I have not been aware of?

The second one is obviously when the T and R part of the jack touches the left output of the female jack, but when I pulg all of it in, both are distorted. How is this possible?

--what I have tried--

other female jacks

other male jacks in thoose female jacks

cleaning the jack (even though it's already clean)

looking for cable breaks

crying

Hi, What are you plugging it into?

You say that you have tried other "female " jacks (sockets). Does this mean that you have disconnected the socket from whatever it is attached to , connected a new socket and then plugged your headset into it and it is still the same?

Also a bit confused. Product details show USB interface connection with 2.5M cable?

by the female sockets I meant my phone, computer other computers etc.

No Idea about the usb thing, I couldn't find the jack version on the internet either, but it has a jack on the box, the manual and ofc the product itself (-.-).

Hi

Is it a 4 pin plug or a 3 pin plug?

It's TRS as I mentioned in the title so 3

Hi,

Apologies.

Well plugging into your phone for example needs a 4 pin plug as the socket caters for a microphone as well, not sure about pc as it could vary.

Here is an example to overcome the problem if no microphone needed.
