Why is my screen staying on a sold white and won't show or do anything

Sounds like your device crashed had this happen to my last cellphone.

Was able to turn it "off" but it continously vibrated unless battery was removed.

I called the manufacturer talked to there tech dept and they walked me through several different reset methods until one worked sometimes they have to reset on there end?
