My phone won't turn on?

I went and plugged my phone into the charger because it was low right. I come back and my phone didn't turn on, I figured that maybe it died and my charger didn't work, so I plug it in and it makes a buzzing noise? I've tried taking the battery out, holding volume and power button, I don't know what else to do. Please help if you know anything
