iPhone 6 plus Touch Disease Repair Attempt Failure
Before any repairs, a piece of the battery connector fell off by itself. This strangely did not appear to affect the phone since it still turned on. I attempted to repair touch disease on my iphone 6 plus by replacing the smaller silver chip on the board. After replacement, the iphone 6 plus still did not have touch. I began to suspect the screen was simply seated incorrectly and I reseated the screen many times. After a few times, the screen turned blueish and slightly flickered if you looked very closely at it. I kept trying to get it seated properly and eventually the screen doesn't even turn on anymore! At this point im unsure if its the connector for the screen, the battery connector, or the touch ic chip i had replaced. I have only tried using a heavily water damaged screen on it and a "brand new" screen on ebay. I figure it cant be only the screen because both screens now appear completely black.
What should I do now?
The phone still connects to computer
