How can I change the usb profile from charge only?
I want to use USB debugging but when I connect my phone with my PC the phone doesn't give me the choices to connection it always go on as a charge only profile

If you have Android 6.0 installed in your phone go to Settings > Developer Apps > Network > USB Configuration and select the option that you wish to be the default option.
Connect your device to your PC and wait. If it doesn’t show up in file explorer, check to see if Windows is searching for drivers. If it is, allow it to search and install any drivers it needs. This can happen even if you have connected your Android device to your PC under the same connection type. Do not disconnect the device and allow Windows to finish installing drivers. The next time you connect your device, it will default to the connection type you set.

Try installing the latest HTC USB drivers into your PC and see if that works. Here is a link, scroll down to find your phone.

Hi,
No I only said that if case you had Android 6.0 as it changed when Android 6.0 was introduced and nobody can find it.

Can you slide down the notification screen and tap on the 'charge only' USB profile and see if other options appear?
