Can't see hdmi cable

I have cable plugged in to HDMI port 1 but tv isn't seeing it so therefore can't choose it and no picture. Tried 2nd hdmi port - same thing. Was literally working and 2 mins later it wasn't after unplugging the cable from the tv. Have already unplugged all cables and tv from power and waited 10 mins to reconnect - doesn't fix it.

Hi,

What is the model number of the TV?

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

Have you tried a different HDMI source?

Also never unplug HDMI cables with the device still turned on or even powered on as there is the potential to cause damage to the device's HDMI port's components.
