You should go to the trouble guide on this website if it a Samsung Note make sure you have charged it. If that is not doing anything, it could be a faulty power button. I knew these first 2 things were not the problem so I look at what it said for Bios. That has been my problem. So you would need to open up the back after taking out the pen/stylus. Pry open very carefully. You will then see a large white rectangle in the middle with 8 screws. They are extremely small so use an eyeglass repair kit Phillips screw driver. There are 8 screws that you need to remove. You will have some wires that are in a white plastic piece that is attached, gently pry off. These are connectors. Press power button for 60 seconds to drain power. Then connect the white piece back and screw in screws put backing on and it should power up.
