How do I take off and install a fuel pump need assistance. Please

Well my mom drove from my aunts to my house in the Monte Carlo bout 4days ago and while driving on the interstate my car died on her she put the car in neutral. And sat on side road trying to start back up and wouldn't at first so she said she waited bout 5mins and it started up and she made it home the next day her and I were gonna go get a bit to eat I started car to let warm up and it died so I started it back up went 5miles down the road no problem till I get back to the house I was gonna leave it running and it died and since yesterday cannot get it to crank back up a cple times yesterday when I would try to start it it would act like it was trying to start but just bogged out to now it will not even attempt to turn over so I'm 90 percent sure its the fuel pump and I am gonna replace the filter 2but I am no mechanic I am a painter I have already paid 265.00 dolls for the pump n 16 for the filter I have 3kids I nearly get by and I cannot afford to pay to have it put on after buying the pump left me with 65.00 so if anyone has any experience on how to install a fuel pump on a 2005 Monte Carlo. Ss v6 3.8 liter please. All I need is instructions I can figure it out if someone can tell me were its located and maybe what type of tools. To use and just an ideal of how to go about it .I would surely appreciate anyone who can just give me advice because this my only transportation to work and I have 3 precious. Mouths to feed so please anyone that know how to take a pump off and install it i would be very grateful if you would be so kind to give me advice godless and in praying.
