2 Blurry texts and screen flickers
Texts are blurry, screen flickers and video/image moves under frozen one.
How to correct it ?
Image and text on the screen use to tremble, up and down, from time to time. When this happens image and text become blurry.
When video is playing,sometimes, one frame freezes, while in the background the video is still playing.
Is it a software related problem or a hardware malfunction ?
(once I hooked the Surface to a monitor, the video played fine,while the problem persisted on the Surface screen)

Hi,
If it was software it should also affect the external monitor.
It could be a video cable or a tablet screen problem.
How long have you had the tablet?

I have the same problem with my Surface pro 4, which I have had only for about 18 months, the problem started several months ago, and is getting worse. It makes it very hard to do projects! I have searched the Internet to see if there is a way to fix this problem. I love the Surface Pro 4, but unless Microsoft comes up with a solution, I would not buy another of their products like this! Microsoft needs to fix this, as many are experiencing the same issue!1

My surface screen is going blurry, looking like multiple docs are open on top of each other. Can’t read any of it. Screen becomes unresponsive. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks

I just started having this problem. My surface pro 4 is about 17 months old. Happens when the device gets hot.
