Hi,

What happens if you put in the time and date, does the timer work correctly after that?

Try power resetting the microwave oven by switching off the wall outlet and unplugging the oven for 5 minutes and then plugging it back in, switching on the power and trying it again

What is the model number of your microwave oven?
