This product is made in Australia or New Zealand so no parts in north America.
Also you gave us no model number and it is spelt Kambrook.
I would start by asking the company about parts and service near you.
It is not easy to work on these type of small units and you may make it unsafe for your family, could burn down your house.
email service here and give them all the details, it may have warranty.
