I do not have schematics to this bored and I would appreciate if someone told me what this component is? The display won't turn on and I am guessing it has to do with this. See attached.

This is a common-mode choke, part L2202 on the schematic.
The specs are:
12 Ohm - 100 mA - 8.5GHz
Not sure if this is an exact match but this part looks like a good replacement.

Now I can not seem to track down the part online. Do you know where I can buy one or at least a couple. Or is there a way to bypass this?

Thats perfect. I had seen that vendor as well but I guess I selected the wrong option that was also a bulk buy. But that particular one lets me buy one. Thank you for your help.
