Why can't I move Icons?

Allegedly the latest update of the phone doesn't have a "app drawer." Therefore, it may not be possible with this latest update.

You could try these steps, it's what I would do to narrow down what the problem could be:

First try, cache?!

1. Backup your phone
2. Clear cache and restart your phone.

Factory reset that machine!

1. Make sure to still have your phone backed up.
2. Factory reset your device.

Updates!

1. Make sure you're updated to the latest update.
2. If you're feeling a bit frisky, try going to last update!

Last attempt..

1. Try using a custom launcher.
