My Vita has a black screen and won't turn on. What can I do?

My PS VITA has a black screen and won't turn on. I tried everything on the internet and I am almost giving up. I never had this problem before and my Vita is 4 years old.

4 Years is about the average life span of that device.

I would say thats your best option. It would be more cost effective

I have a memory card for the vita would the new one accept the one on the old one?

Yes the memory cards are universal on all vita models
