Whenever I'm using my phone, it automatically turns off. Then after about 6 seconds, it turns back on again. And when I unlock the screen, the background I previously had, is changed into another one. Can anyone please help me with this and does anybody know what is causing this? Thank You!

Try to do a factory reset if possible it could be a corrupt os system or a bad heatsink

I have this problem too. if I do a factory reset, is there any way to not lose everything on my phone?

Hey Anne,
If possible there is a way to back up your phone using backup under settings it uses your google drive to store data off your phone.
