Fan comes on but LED and disk don't spin, what gives?

It was working the otherday but when i plugged in my GC to play the light doesnt come on, disk doesnt spin, laser doesnt come on and theres no input to the tv.... But the cooling fan comes on -_- what gives any ideas??
