6 plus, audio dosent work on both speakers. PLS help.

My dads iphone 6 plus on ios 10.3, has a weird sound issue.

Audio dosent work in: Phone, photos, youtube, settings, alarm or music, the media just never start playing.

It also never starts to record videos and voice recordings. (mic works in siri)

I dont think it is hardware related as both loud-speaker and ear-piece broke at the same time (unless it is some sort of sound card).

BUT IT WORKS ON EARPODS, both 3.5mm and lightning.

Bluetooth/appletv is not connected.

It is not stuck on earphones. (as the volume changes from callsound (in Norwegian), to headphones when plugging a pair in.)

I have tried:

Cleaning both ports

Restore (normal and DFU)

Update (10.2 to 10.3)

And basically all things i could find on the web by searching the issue.

Please help me, i dont know about anything more to try.
