did this just happen all of a sudden? Did you spill any liquid or mess with anything inside

Perhaps it's overheating? Are the fans louder than normal?

Did you remove the CMOS battery and main battery, wait 20 min and put them both back

Yes the fans are louder than normal

My PC had the same problem. It disappeared when I performed a CMOS-reset. Such a reset is very easy to do. I would recommend looking up the procedure in the motherboard manual of your computer.

It’s often a matter of switching a jumper for a few seconds and putting it back.

Alternatively you can remove the motherboard’s battery for a few minutes.

This operation should not mess up your computer, all it does is resetting the motherboard to its default settings. That being said, I still recommend looking up the procedure in the motherboard manual of your computer.
