Why after change the screen the tactil doesn't work?

Hie, I have this tablet since 5 years but i brok the touchscreen like 5 weeks after i purchase it.

I try to found a touchsreen, i find it. I follow a tutorial to open and put the new one on it. But the touchscreen doesn't work and i don't understand why. It's the good number of touchscreen and i replace all the cable on the right place. I check twice...

What i have missed ?
