What Material Are iPhone Batteries Wrapped In?

Just looking to purchase some of the material Apple uses to wrap their batteries.

It appears that they use a thin black matted plastic around the outside fastened with a very gluey and strong adhesive tape.

I am after a roll of near OEM material for both the protective plastic and the adhesive that bonds it.

Any tips or pointers on where to get these specialty materials?
