always scanning for wifi
The phone wont stop scanning for the wifi when connected and I don't get the message ping, when i open it, it is always waiting for network, then connects. Thank You

First things first, is your phone up to date? Click this link http://www.virginmobilecanada.com/en/sup... " for troubleshooting tips . Its for the Note 3, might be similar if not ill look for something else for you.
