Hi guys. I lost some photos from my Samsung Galaxy S8, tried some Android data recovery or similar apps, but failed to recover the deleted photos. Do you guys know any tool can really restore deleted photos from Samsung Galaxy S8? Thanks a lot.

If you have used some cloud storages such as Google photos and Dropbox, it will be super convenient to retrieve pictures from trash of such cloud drive. Next, I would take Google photos as an example to illustrate how to complete recover deleted photos from Samsung Galaxy S8.
1.Open Google Photos and tap on "Trash".
2.Select the deleted items that you feel like recovering.
3.Finally tap on the recover button at the upper right. Finished.
Note: Items in trash of Google Photos will be permanently deleted after 60 days, while Trash of Dropbox is only available in the webpage version and saves photos only for 30 days.

I don't think that some third party software can recover deleted data from Samsung Galaxy S8 for now. According to my knowledge, it needs to root first, then the programs search for the deleted files. So you have to root your S8 first.

Go to the drop down menu, hit settings, then hit trash, the trash and the deleted items will be there if its been within 15 days since deleted. Just hit restore then your done. It worked on my s8

I do not think there is free software can really recover deleted photos from S8, for I have tried many android data recovery apps, in the end, I have to pay some money to purchase the liscense to activate the software so as to restore deleted photos.
