Hi. I need help about a problem on my PS3 Slim. When I insert a disc on my PS3, the disc won't read (stuck in the loading) and makes a second noise from the drive when reading the disc. If you don't quite got my description, here's a vid that might help you (https://youtu.be/dkoIfvJILKs). Is this a problem in the internals? or I just need to restore the system? If it is a problem on the internals, can you help me point out the possible causes of the issue?

It sounds like a disc drive issue the only thing that I would do is replacing the drive this guide might help. PlayStation 3 Slim Blu-ray Disc Drive Replacement
