why is my phone keep rebooting when it hits the microsoft logo my phone is lumia 540 it been water damaged

mansecret "it been water damaged" what did you do about that? what have you done once it got water damaged?

i let it dry for a day then i try to search how to fix it they said it's a bootloop then i try to fix it i install the Windows Device Recovery Tool i try but when i install the package it's still rebooting so i cant install properly the package
