Hi, i am currently on ios 9.1 and about to update my ios to 10.3.2 but i still have doubts to update whether my device will brick / error, so
Is it safe to update directly from ios 9.1 to 10.3.2??

It is absolutely safe.
However, I suggest the following:
a) Straight download the full firmware from http://www.iclarified.com/750/where-to-d...
b) Do a full backup of your phone in iTunes
c) Put your phone into DFU mode.
d) in iTunes, it will ask you to recover the phone.
In PC Hold Shift+click Recover button, or in Mac, hold Option + click Recover, and select the firwmare you downloaded in step a)
Once the recovery is done, select 'setup as a new phone'. When you finish stepping through the setup, Have iTunes restore the backup you made in step b).

I dunno. I wouldn't do it. My personal phone is on iOS 9 and I'm pretty happy. Probably gonna jailbreak and try out Columba, if it's still in beta, or even better out! My shop phone is on iOS 10. I don't like it at all. Just seems like moe problems apple is trying to create. However their sms has gone quite a long way, and it's closer to bite sms. Basically what Columba will be. But if you really like the new iOS, it's finally safe to do it. Kinda like @avanteguarde said, make sure to do a backup, so you can restore to your current firmware

@theimedic , you realize, though, a jailbreak is an exploitation on the security of the iOS operating system. Unless you really know what a Jailbreak and Cydia based program is truly doing to your phone and who is doing it to your phone, I would be very careful. Considering China is responsible for releasing the latest jailbreaks such as Pangu... well.
iOS 10.3 is a completely new file system that throws away a 20 year old vulnerable HFS file system for a new one that was optimized for iDevices.
