Best way too replace leds on a led tv strip.

Dose anybody know a video or web site, or even how you replace Leds on a TV LED flat strip? I removed the leds from the spare strip I have and they light up fine. I just need too see what is the best way to unsolder and solder the new ones on. The strip is flat, so I was thinking of my heat gun?
