May brother drop it may speaker after that it's not working

What is the problem may speaker it's not charging what can I do now already a month I never use may Bose soundlink color pls give me some idea if what is the problem?

There is likely a crack on the circuit board. You will need to open it and do a visual inspection and look for a crack or break on the board. Also look to see if there is a crack in the solder connection at the charging jack.
