My macbook is a Mid-2012 13" with the 2.9ghz i7. It recently stopped charging with a frayed connector, got that replaced and still wasn't charging. So, I replace the DC-in Board and to no avail, that also didn't work. I changed the battery thinking maybe that was the case but no. The laptop fully functions off of battery power but won't charge.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.

The solution to my problem was a new charger. The one I had bought was faulty.

There's a Mac info button and a battery info button. Hit the Battery info. Right now it's showing that the mag-safe is not connected.
